Don’t worry about complaining on your episodes. I love to listen to people complain as long as they aren’t complaining about me.
Sorry that iTunes downloaded all my episodes. Libsyn changed my server on me and maybe iTunes thought those episodes were new. But I’m glad you like the old episodes.

Good advice about stepping back when you’re having a difficult time in life. It’s important at that time to get a bigger picture and gain some perspective. BUT… I think you should also give yourself permission on your own podcast to full out VENT! Sometimes it’s therapeutic.
